Return & Changing

Our products are under the guarantee of the Studio Rain. In case of return transaction, Studio Rain acts under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.

Can I cancel my order?
When you receive your order, we kindly ask you to send your request for returning it and its reason via an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..  You can return the product within 2 (two) days from the date of receiving it together with its original box and its invoice if you haven’t used it yet.

When  can I get a refund  when I cancel the product?
As soon as we receive the product without any defects and any problems, and if you have sent it collect, the dispatch fee will be deducted from the amount paid by you and the remaining amount will be transferred to your account within 5 working days(I n case of return products, the dispatching fee and the return costs are being deducted from the amount paid.).

Can I change the product I’ve  purchased?
If you have any request for change due to any reason as soon as you receive the product you have ordered, please call our customer service and advise your request. Our customer service will help you on this issue. In case of returns and changes, the dispatch fee belongs to the buyer.

Under which conditions the returns and the changes are not accepted?
1. In case you have some changes done on the collection product that you have ordered (In some cases when some changes are being made on the product in accordance with your special request like change in the bow color, adding a stone etc.)
2. In case of products prepared on special orders (bridal shoes, bridal babette, shoes made upon a special order of sizes 34-35-41-42),
3. If the product has been used or damaged,
4. No any changes and returns are being accepted in case of products without the original box and the bill.

The customer is obliged to return the product at the moment of the product’s delivery to her/him and if any wearing is in question, s/he is liable to compensate the loss of the commercial value of the commodity.
Do I have to pay for the changes and return shipping?
1. In case of any dispatches of incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate production, the dispatch fees for return and changes belong to Studio Rain.
2. In cases that require return and change due to the customer orders, the dispatch charges are being paid by the buyer.
